A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. We dispatch Mount Vernon units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Mount Vernon branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Mount Vernon, OH property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Mount Vernon roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Each lead tech holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician certification and has personally handled clean-water, gray-water, and contaminated black-water losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Mount Vernon isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We're fully insured and licensed to work anywhere in Mount Vernon, OH, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Mount Vernon, OH warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Ask any Mount Vernon property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Mount Vernon call at a time.
The most expensive Mount Vernon restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If you're nodding along to any of these, get ahead of it now rather than later — our Mount Vernon dispatcher will give you an honest read on urgency, not a sales pitch.
Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Mount Vernon crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
Our Mount Vernon units run truck-mount extraction pumps that pull thousands of gallons per hour, cutting standing-water time from days to hours. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
On the residential side in Mount Vernon, we handle the flood-cut, subfloor checks, and content pack-out so your home is ready to rebuild, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
